Mitsumi MMS101BXXA Miniature 6-Axis Force/Torque Sensor
Mitsumi MMS101BXXA Miniature 6-Axis Force/Torque Sensor combines a MEMS chip and a metal structure to measure three force axes and three moment axes in an ultra-compact package. The sensor integrates analog front-end (AFE) ICs, a low-dropout (LDO), and a digital SPI output, simplifying system design while minimizing noise and improving measurement accuracy. Built-in correction coefficients reduce cross-axis interference, enabling reliable six-axis force and torque sensing without the need for complex external compensation. Measuring just ø9.6mm × 9.0mm and weighing only 3g, the Mitsumi device is ideal for robotic hand fingertips and other space-constrained sensing applications. The MMS101BXXA supports load ratings up to 40N and 0.4N·m, with high load capacities reaching 200N and 1.8N·m.
