STMicroelectronics EMI Filter & ESD Protection ICs
STMicroelectronics EMI Filter and ESD Protection Integrated Circuits (ICs) are highly integrated devices to suppress EMI/RFI noise in all systems exposed to electromagnetic interference. These filters include ESD protection circuitry, which prevents damage to the application when subjected to ESD surges up to 20kV. These devices come with 2-, 3-, 4-, 6-, and 8-line options. Some devices are AEC-Q101 qualified for use in automotive applications. The STMicroelectronics EMI Filter and ESD Protection ICs are available in a variety of packages to minimize PCB space.
