NXP Semiconductors i.MX 6UltraLite Applications Processors

NXP i.MX 6UltraLite Applications Processors are high-performance applications processors for power-efficient and cost-optimized products. The i.MX 6UL processors are part of NXP’s EdgeVerse™ edge computing platform. The i.MX 6UltraLite applications processors include an integrated power management module that reduces the complexity of the external power supply and simplifies power sequencing. Each processor in this family provides various memory interfaces, including 16-bit LPDDR2, DDR3, DDR3L, raw and managed NAND flash, NOR flash, eMMC, and Quad SPI. They have a wide range of other interfaces for connecting peripherals like WLAN, Bluetooth™, GPS, displays, and camera sensors. The NXP i.MX 6UltraLite Applications Processors can be powered by a discrete power circuit.

i.MX 6UltraLite Evaluation Kit

NXP Semiconductors i.MX 6UltraLite Applications Processors

NXP i.MX 6UltraLite Evaluation Kit is based on the i.MX 6UltraLite applications processor. The i.MX 6UltraLite processor is the first device in the i.MX product line to have a single Arm® Cortex®-A7 core operating at speeds of up to 528MHz.

This EVK enables an LCD display, audio playback, and many connectivity options. The kit is designed to showcase the most commonly used features of the processor. The kit is housed in a small, low-cost package and facilitates software development. Get faster time to market through the support of the Linux® operating system.

A footprint is also available to enable an HDMI display.

NOTE: The evaluation kit does not contain the power supply, microSD card, or USB to micro cable. These will need to be bought separately. The power supply should be: output: 5V/3.5A, plug: 2.1x5.5mm
