Update Username or Password

If you need to update your username, password or any of your personal information, log into the Mouser website and click on the "Accounts & Orders" dropdown, then "My Account" in the header.

On the left-hand sidebar, under “Personal Details”, click on “Username”. You will be given the option to enter a new username.

Please note that new usernames must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum Length: 5 characters
• Maximum Length: 50 characters
• Cannot be the same as the Password.
• An email address can also serve as your Username.

On the left-hand sidebar, under “Personal Details”, click on “Password”. Enter your current password, followed by your new password.

Please note that new passwords must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum Length: 8 characters
• Maximum Length: 80 characters
• Passwords are case sensitive
• Cannot be the same as the Username
• Cannot contain: < > ; [ ] &
