Infineon Technologies REF-AIRCON-C302A-IM564 Reference Design Kit is an optimized reference design for 220V air conditioner applications. The Reference Design Kit contains an iMOTION™ controller IMC302A, 20A, 600V PFC-integrated CIPOS™ Mini IPM, and 1ED44175 PFC gate driver.
The Infineon REF-AIRCON-C302A-IM564 Reference Design Kit is designed to provide ready-to-use air conditioner solutions based on Infineon’s PFC-integrated CIPOS™ Mini IPM and advanced motion control engine (MCE 2.0) technology.
