Lumissil IS31FL329x LED Drivers

Lumissil IS31FL329x LED Drivers are 3-, 6-, and 9-channel LED drivers. These LED drivers consume less than 400µA when fully operational and only 0.3µA when placed into sleep mode. Each LED channel sinks up to 40mA with an accuracy of ±5% between channels and parts. These LED drivers have a dedicated 12-bit PWM register for each channel that enables accurate color mixing of the Red, Green, and Blue LEDs. The IS31FL329x LED drivers with an integrated “auto breath” engine will create gamma-corrected fade ON/Off transition cycles over some time. These devices are suitable for battery-powered IoT applications such as wearables, BLUETOOTH® appliances, AI speakers, personal grooming, and medical devices.

    • 3 current sinks, IOUT= 20mA (maximum), ultra-low operational current (90µA typical at VCC=3.6V, all LED off)
    • ±5% accuracy and mismatch @IOUT= 20mA and IOUT= 3mA
    • UTQFN-9 1.5mm x 1.5mm package
    • Auto breath function:
      • Auto breath pattern for 3 channels, and each channel can quit the pattern and control by CL and PWM
      • Fade-in/fade-out time length maximum value up to 9.96s
  • IS31FL3296:
    • 6 current sinks, IOUT= 40mA (maximum), ultra-low operational current (250µA typical, 500µA maximum at VCC= 3.6V)
    • Shutdown mode:
      • 1μA (maximum) with SDB low
    • Power-saving mode:
      • 10μA (typical) with SDB high and all LEDs off

    • 9 current sinks, IOUT= 40mA (maximum), ultra-low operational current (250µA typical, 500µA maximum at VCC=3.6V)
    • Shutdown mode:
      • 1μA (maximum) with SDB low
    • Power-saving mode:
      • 10μA (typical) with SDB high and all LEDs off
  • Common auto breath function:
    • Single pulse/multi-pulse/manual control modes for auto breath
    • 3 color pre-configure registers for color breath
  • 23kHz PWM frequency (8+4 PWM mode), QFN-20 3mm x 3mm package
