Hand Crimp Tools
Low-volume users can choose from various snap-on modules that mount to a common pistol- or bench-mounted holder. These modules are easily changed and accommodate various connector styles. Depending on the application, these tools typically yield production rates of up to 180 terminations per hour.
Applicators
Designed to industry-standard mounting and 135.8mm (5.346") shut height, Molex applicators are easy to set up, and simple adjustments ensure optimal crimps. These products are compatible with most industry-standard benchtop crimping presses and wire processors for mid-volume crimping solutions. Mechanical and pneumatic feed options are available.
Fully Automatic Machines
For high-volume loads, Molex provides industry-standard applicator tools that increase the end user's productivity. Molex applicators are used in most industry-standard wire processors. Depending on the application, production rates of up to 3000 terminations per hour for discrete wires are not uncommon for tools in this category.
Insertion & Extraction Tools
