ABLIC S-1230 66V 100mA Voltage Regulators
ABLIC S-1230 66V 100mA Voltage Regulators are developed by using a high-voltage CMOS process technology. These are positive voltage regulators with a high withstand voltage, low current consumption, and high-accuracy output voltage. It has a high operation voltage of 66V, making it compatible with 12V, 24V, and 48V battery systems, and it can be operated at a low consumption current of 2.0µA (typical). The ABLIC S-1230 also features a built-in overcurrent protection circuit to limit the overcurrent of the output transistor, a built-in thermal shutdown circuit to limit heat, and a built-in open-loop protection circuit to control output voltage overvoltage.

- A ceramic capacitor can be used (0.1µF or more) as the input capacitor
- A ceramic capacitor can be used (1.0µF or more) as the output capacitor
- Built-in overcurrent protection circuit that limits the overcurrent of the output transistor
- +170°C (typ.) detection temperature of the built-in thermal shutdown circuit
- Built-in open-loop protection circuit controls VOUT overvoltage when the VADJ pin is open or shorted (only for types in which output voltage is externally set)
- Built-in ON/OFF circuit that ensures long battery life
- -40°C to +105°C operating temperature range (Ta)
- Lead-free (Sn 100%) and halogen-free
