ABLIC S-19246 LDO Voltage Regulators

ABLIC S-19246 LDO Voltage Regulators are developed using CMOS process technology with high-accuracy output voltage and high output current. These voltage regulators feature a built-in overcurrent protection circuit to limit the overcurrent of the output transistor and a thermal shutdown circuit to limit heat. The S-19246 LDO regulators offer a "thermal simulation service" that supports the thermal design in conditions. These voltage regulators operate within a  -40°C to +105°C temperature range and a 2.5V to 10V input voltage range. The S-19246 voltage regulators are ideal for use in constant-voltage power supplies for telecommunication modules, constant-voltage power supplies for home electric appliances, and automotive applications.
