Adafruit 3575 Touchscreen Breakout Board

Adafruit 3575 Touchscreen Breakout Board has a 1.0mm medium pitch connector soldered onto it and broken out into four resistive wires of the panel. This breakout board comes in a small 12.7mm x 12.7mm x 4.5mm (0.5" x 0.5" x 0.2") form factor weighing only 0.5g with two mounting holes. The mounting holes can be used for strain relief. The 3575 touch sensor breakout board works perfectly with touchscreens having a 1mm pitch. The connector of this breakout board is double‐sided and can be used with top‐contact or bottom-contact flex PCBs.
