Analog Devices Inc. ADuM340E/ADuM341E/ADuM342E Quad Digital Isolators
Analog Devices ADuM340E / ADuM341E / ADuM342E 5.7kVRMS Quad Digital Isolators are based on iCoupler® technology and incorporate high-speed, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and back-to-back monolithic air core transformer technology. The isolation components feature outstanding performance characteristics and meet CISPR 32/EN 55032 Class B limits at 5Mbps. The devices supply 10ns of maximum propagation delay with a pulse width distortion of <3ns at 5V operation. Channel matching is tight at 3.0ns maximum. Analog Devices ADuM340E / ADuM341E / ADuM342E quad digital isolators have independent data channels and are available in various configurations with a withstand voltage rating of 5.7kVRMS. The modules operate with the supply voltage on either side, ranging from 2.25V to 5.5V for compatibility with lower voltage systems.Features
