New In-Line Junction Modules
C&K Aerospace AeroSplice® Reconnectable Wire Solution enables users to connect wires using D*MA crimpable and removable contact technology for the most relevant wire gauge sizes. These standard wire-connecting products are designed to replace hand-splice processes. The AeroSplice series is ideal for connecting electrical components with a limited number of wires, such as thermistors and heaters. Designers can also create their own connectors for limited spaces. This solution provides easier and more cost-effective harness repair because there is no need to redo complete wiring. The series accepts 28AWG to 20AWG cable sizes with one- or four-way connections in an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. C&K Aerospace AeroSplice Reconnectable Wire Solution is suitable for high-vibration, space-restricted environments and complies with military specification MIL-DTL-24308.
