Diodes Incorporated API21550Q Isolated Half-Bridge Gate Driver
Diodes Inc. API21550Q Isolated High-Side/Low-Side Half-Bridge Gate Driver is a gate driver with up to 4A/6A peak source/sink driving capability. Depending on working conditions, the API21550Q offers 5V, 8V, and 12V VDD UVLO options for driving GaN, MOSFETs, and IGBT/SIC devices.
The API21550Q operates with a maximum supply voltage of 25V for VDD, while the input range is 3V to 5.5V. The API21550Q is designed to transfer an input signal into an output drive signal with a short propagation delay and minimum pulse-width distortion. It also provides shoot-through protection with programmable dead time, and the external disable function enhances application flexibility. An integrated 14ns deglitch filter effectively makes the driver immune to noise interference.
The Diodes Inc. API21550Q provides 5700VRMS reinforced isolation in the SO-16W (Type CJ) package. All models can achieve a minimum of 125V/ns common-mode transient immunity (CMTI).
