Trenz Electronic TE0865-02-ABI81MA MPSoC Module is integrated with AMD Zynq™ UltraScale+™ ZU11EG, 4GB DDR4 SDRAM with ECC on PS, and 128MB flash memory. This module features 4GB DDR4 SDRAM on PL, Gigabit Ethernet PHY, and powerful switch-mode power supplies for all on-board voltages. The TE0865-02-ABI81MA MPSoC module provides a large number of configurable I/O's via rugged high-speed stacking connections. This module operates from -40°C to 85°C temperature range and is available in 7.5cm x 10cm dimensions. The module is mostly used in the industrial sector and in test and measurement applications.
