EPC EPC91200 3-Phase Motor Drive Inverter Eval Board
Efficient Power Conversion (EPC) EPC91200 3-Phase Motor Drive Inverter Evaluation Board features the EPC2305 eGaN® FET with 3mΩ maximum RDS(on) and 150V maximum device voltage intended for 96V batteries. This demonstration board includes all necessary critical functions circuits to support a complete motor drive inverter, including gate drivers, accurate current sense, protection functions, and regulated auxiliary power rails for housekeeping supplies, voltage, and temperature sense. The EPC91200 board delivers a maximum output current of 60Apk (40ARMS) and supports PWM switching frequencies up to 150kHz in motor drive applications. This 3-phase motor drive inverter evaluation board from EPC is compatible with a range of controllers from various manufacturers, enabling designers to use existing resources for quick development.
