Infineon Technologies AURIX™ TC4x 32-bit TriCore™ Microcontrollers

Infineon Technologies AURIX™ TC4x 32-bit TriCore™ Microcontrollers (MCUs) provide an upward migration path from Infineon's AURIX TC3x family of MCUs. The TC4x performance is boosted by the next-generation TriCore 1.8 and the scalable AURIX accelerator suite, including multiple smart accelerators and a parallel processing unit (PPU). The series delivers the performance, throughput, and flexibility needed to implement new E/E architectures. Infineon AURIX TC4x 32-bit TriCore MCUs support high-speed communication interfaces such as 5-Gbit Ethernet and PCIe along with interfaces such as CAN-XL and 10BASE-T1S Ethernet. The TC4x series is designed for next-generation eMobility, advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), automotive E/E architectures, and artificial intelligence (AI) applications.
