Infineon Technologies 1EDNx550 TDI EiceDRIVER™ Gate Driver ICs

Infineon 1EDNx550 EiceDRIVER™ Gate Driver ICs are single-channel, non-isolated gate-drive ICs with Truly Differential Inputs (TDI) to prevent false triggering of power MOSFETs. The logic driver state is controlled by the voltage difference between the two inputs and is completely independent of the driver’s reference (ground) potential. This design eliminates the risk of incorrect triggering and provides a significant benefit to applications with voltage differences between the driver and controller ground.

The 1EDNx550 TDI EiceDRIVER Gate Driver ICs operate with a supply voltage up to 20V, have separate low impedance source and sink outputs, offer a very large common-mode input voltage range (CMR) up to ±150V, provide a 45ns propagation delay with -7/+10ns accuracy, and are fully qualified for industrial applications according to JEDEC. The 4V and 8V UVLO (Under Voltage Lock Out) options ensure instant MOSFET protection under abnormal conditions.
