Infineon Technologies TLE94112EL Twelve-Fold Half-Bridge Drivers
Infineon TLE94112EL Twelve-Fold Half-Bridge Drivers are designed for automotive motion control applications like Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) flap DC motor control. The drivers feature 12 half-bridge power outputs and a 16-bit standard SPI interface. The TLE94112EL is part of a larger half-bridge driver family offering from three outputs to twelve outputs with a direct interface or SPI interface.The half-bridge drivers are designed to drive DC motor loads in sequential or parallel operation. Operation modes forward (cw), reverse (ccw), brake and high impedance are controlled from a 16-bit SPI interface. The devices offer diagnosis features like short circuit, open load, power supply failure, and over-temperature detection. This device is attractive for automotive applications with its low quiescent current. The small fine pitch exposed pad package, PG-SSOP-24, provides good thermal performance and reduces PCB-board space and costs.
