Innovative Sensor Technology Flow Sensor Development Tools
Innovative Sensor Technology Flow Sensor Development Tools are designed for the demonstration and evaluation of flow sensors, including the SFS01, FS5, FS7, out-of-liquid (OOL), and MFS02 series. The SFS01 EvaKit for SFS01 sensors provides measurement from 0 to 200sccm, the detection of flow direction, and an analog and digital (I2C) connection. The Flow Demo Board FS5 / FS7 / OOL features an analog Wheatstone bridge (direct output), user-replaceable fuse, and output with zero flow offset subtraction. The MicroFlowSens Amplifier Module is compatible with MFS02 sensors and offers a 12VDC single supply, a separate temperature sensor on the chip, and adjustment with three trimming potentiometers (gain, offset, heater voltage).
