KEMET Commercial Grade Class I Dielectric ≤250V MLCCs
KEMET Commercial Grade Class I Dielectric SMD ≤250V MLCCs feature a 125°C maximum operating temperature and are considered stable. These capacitors feature a Class I material that exhibits no change in capacitance with respect to time and voltage. This series also boasts a negligible change in capacitance with reference to ambient temperature. Capacitance change is limited to ±30ppm/ºC from -55°C to +125°C. These KEMET temperature-compensating MLCCs are ideal for resonant circuit applications or those where Q and stability of capacitance characteristics are required. The lineup includes AEC-Q200-qualified capacitors.Features
