Keysight Technologies InfiniiVision 2000 X-Series Oscilloscopes
Keysight Technologies InfiniiVision 2000 X-Series Oscilloscopes are mixed-signal oscilloscopes with four analog and eight digital channels and a 200MHz bandwidth. These oscilloscopes offer superior entry-level performance and optional capabilities not available on any other oscilloscope in class. The X-Series oscilloscopes perform 23 automated measurements, such as voltage, time, and frequency, as well as five waveform functions, including add, subtract, multiply, divide, and FFT. These oscilloscopes feature an 8.5" WVGA display with 64 levels of intensity grading, providing 50% more viewing area with 3.5 times the resolution (WVGA 800 x 480 versus 7-inch WQVGA 480 x 234). The InfiniiVision 2000 X-Series Oscilloscopes are ideal for test and measurement, education, and analysis (power and serial data, etc.)
The MSOX2024A oscilloscope is built with MegaZoom-IV custom ASIC technology to deliver up to 50,000wfms/s for detailed signal viewing and detection of infrequent anomalies. This oscilloscope is available with optional upgrades such as bandwidth, measurement applications, protocol analyzer (software), a built-in 20MHz WaveGen function generator, digital voltmeter, and serial protocol triggering and decoding.
