These MLCCs feature nickel barrier/tin terminations and are highly reliable due to a monolithic structure of high-purity, superfine uniform ceramics and integral internal electrodes. The general-purpose CM MLCCs offer a wide 1pF to 47µF capacitance range with high dielectric constants.
