KYOCERA AVX KAM Automotive Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) are AEC-Q200 qualified and plated with a nickel/tin finish. These capacitors feature 0402 to 2220 case sizes with a maximum thickness ranging from 0.56mm to 2.8mm. The KAM series offers a capacitance range of 1pF to 22µF with ±10% tolerance and a voltage range of 4VDC to 6.3VDC. KYOCERA AVX KAM Automotive MLCCs are constructed using high-purity ceramics for high reliability.
