Littelfuse TPSMB Asymmetric TVS Diodes

Littelfuse TPSMB Asymmetric TVS Diodes are designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients due to lightning and other transient voltages. These diodes feature asymmetrical reverse stand-off voltages, protecting from negative and positive transients with different clamping in a single device. The TPSMB asymmetric TVS diodes also feature 600W peak pulse power dissipation at 10/1000μs waveform, fast response time, and glass passivated chip junction. These diodes meet MSL Level 1 per J-STD-020 standard and are AEC-Q101 qualified. The TPSMB asymmetric TVS diodes are used in onboard charging (OBC) driving circuits, gate driver protection of SiC MOSFET, and VCC buses.
