Menlo Micro MM5230 RF Switch IC

Menlo Micro MM5230 RF Switch IC is a high-power device SP4T micro-mechanical switch that operates at a 26GHz maximum frequency. This RF switch is based on the Ideal Switch® fabrication process and applied to DC and wideband RF/microwave switch applications. This technology enables highly reliable switches capable of handling 25W power.

The MM5230 switch IC provides ultra-low insertion loss and superior linearity as an SP4T from DC to 18GHz and greater than 3 billion switching cycles. This RF switch IC offers the power handling and RF performance of an EM relay with the size, weight, reliability, and speed of a solid state.

The MM5230 IC is normally configured as an SP4T, with input on the RFC channel. This RF switch is ideal for switched filter banks and tunable filters, high-power RF front ends, antenna tuning, low-loss switch matrices, and EM relay replacement.
