Microchip Technology EVB-USB5744 USB Controller Hub Evaluation Board

Microchip EVB-USB5744 USB Controller Hub Evaluation Board is designed to quickly and easily demonstrate the USB5744 Ultra Fast four port battery charging hub. The EVB-USB5744 is integrated into the users' design through the 4-layer RoHS-compliant Printed Circuit Board (PCB). SuperSpeed (SS), High-Speed (HS), Full-Speed (FS), and Low-Speed (LS) USB signaling is supported on the device for complete coverage of all defined USB operation speeds. Four downstream USB 2.0 and USB 3.1 Gen 1 compliant ports are enabled on the Evaluation Board. Custom configurations through SMBus or the external 64-Mbit SPIFlash device and operation through internal default settings are options on the board. Driver compatibility with Microsoft® Windows® 8x, Windows 7, Windows XP, Mac OS® X 10.4+, and Linux® hub drivers provides flexibility on the EVB-USB5744.
