Microchip Technology MCP48FVBx/FEBx Volatile/Nonvolatile DACs
Microchip Technology MCP48FVBx/FEBx Volatile/Nonvolatile DACs are single- and dual-channel buffered voltage output DACs with volatile/nonvolatile memory. These DACs use the SPI-compatible serial interface that supports 20MHz writes and 10MHz reads, and their input buffers support interfacing with low-voltage digital devices. The MCP48FVBx/FEBx DACs can select the VREF pin, the device VDD, or the internal band-gap voltage as its voltage. The output buffer's gain can be set to 1 or 2 when the VREF pin is used. These DACs offer rail-to-rail output, 7.8µs fast settling time, power-on/brown-out reset protection, and low power consumption. The Microchip Technology MCP48FVBx/FEBx DACs are available in a 10-lead MSOP package and operate within the -40°C to +125°C temperature range. These DACs are ideal for PC peripherals, low-power portable instrumentation, data acquisition systems, set-point or offset trimming, and sensor calibration.Features
