Microchip Technology PIC32CX-BZ3 & WBZ351 MCU Modules
Microchip Technology PIC32CX-BZ3 and WBZ351 MCU modules are powered by a 64MHz Arm® Cortex®-M4F processor. The PIC32CX-BZ3 MCU modules comply with secure BLUETOOTH® Low Energy 5.2 (BLE 5.2) and IEEE 802.15.4 connectivity standards. These MCU modules support Internet of Things (IoT) solutions in smart factories, smart homes, and automotive applications. The PIC32CX-BZ3 MCU modules operate within the 1.9V to 3.6V voltage range and -40°C to 105°C temperature range (AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualified). The WBZ351 wireless modules are built around the PIC32CX-BZ3 MCUs. These modules integrate a 16MHz crystal and Trust&Go security function. The WBZ351 modules include a PCB antenna and WBZ351UE modules with a U.FL connector. These wireless modules operate from 1.9V to 3.6V voltage range and -40°C to 85°C temperature range. The WBZ351 modules are available in a 39-pin SMD package with shield CAN and 15.5mm x 20.7mm x 2.8mm dimensions.
