Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ4425M LED Drivers are rectified, step-down, switch-mode white LED drivers with built-in power MOSFETs. The integrated MOSFETs simplify design and reduce external component requirements, resulting in a lower BOM. The MPQ4425M series delivers a continuous 1.5A output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide 4V to 36V input supply range. The synchronous mode operation ensures high efficiency, while the current-mode operation provides a fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. Full protection features include overcurrent protection (OCP) and thermal shutdown. MPS) MPQ4425M LED Drivers are AEC-Q100 qualified and come in a space-saving 13-pin QFN package.
