Murata Electronics SCH16T-K01 6-DOF Gyroscopes

Murata Electronics SCH16T-K01 6-DOF Gyroscopes are AEC-Q100 qualified and combine three-axis angular rate and three-axis accelerometers with a digital SPI interface. The angular rate and accelerometer sensor elements are built on Murata's capacitive 3D-MEMS technology, and the signal processing is completed by a single mixed-signal ASIC that provides angular rate and acceleration via a flexible SafeSPI v2.0 compliant digital interface. These gyroscopes feature a ±300°/s calibrated angular rate measurement range, ±80m/s2 calibrated acceleration measurement range, and an auxiliary digital accelerometer channel with up to ±260m/s2 dynamic range. SCH16T-K01 gyroscopes offer extensive self-diagnostic features and angular rate and acceleration low-pass filters ranging from 13Hz to 370Hz cut-off rate. Murata Electronics SCH16T-K01 6-DOF Gyroscopes have an operating temperature range of -40°C to +110°C and a 3V to 3.6V supply voltage.
