Murata SCL3300 Inclination Sensors

Murata SCL3300 3-Axis MEMs Inclination Sensors feature a tilt angle output and digital SPI interface. The inclinometer has four user-selectable measurement modes to optimize the sensor’s performance for different applications and requirements. These devices are aimed at applications including leveling, tilt sensing, machine control, and structural health monitoring.

The inclinometer provides a ±90° tilt angle output and operates from -40°C to +125°C with a typical offset temperature drift of less than ±10mg across the operating temperature range. Noise density is as low as 0.001°/√Hz and operates from a single 3.3V supply. A sleep mode with 3μA typical consumption is available for battery use. As it has a digital interface, there is no need for an external ADC. It comes in a 12-pin pre-molded 8.6mm x 7.6mm x 3.3mm plastic housing suitable for SMD mounting.
