These devices are high power density, hyperfast recovery rectifiers with high-efficiency planar technology. These devices are encapsulated in small and flat lead SOD123W, SOD128, or SOD323HP surface-mount device (SMD) plastic packages. Nexperia 200C Hyperfast Recovery Rectifiers are designed for efficient switching and power conversion applications in automotive, industrial, and consumer markets.
