NXP Semiconductors NXH5104 4-Mbit Serial Electrically Erasable and Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) is an ultra-low-power, single-chip solution ideal for wireless audio streaming and data communication applications.

The NXH5104 provides byte-level and page-level serial EEPROM functions, sector-level protection, and power-down functions. The device has been specifically designed for low-power, low-voltage applications and is supplied with a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) compatible interface.

The NXP Semiconductors NXH5104 EEPROM is offered in a compact 2.80mm x 2.74mm Wafer Level Chip Scale Package (WLCSP) and is Pb-free and RoHS compliant.
