NXP Semiconductors TJA1128 LIN Mini System Basis Chips
NXP Semiconductors TJA1128 LIN Mini System Basis Chips integrate a LIN transceiver, an LDO voltage regulator, one or two WAKE inputs, a general purpose input (GPI), a high-voltage multi-purpose output (HVMPO), and (optional) a window watchdog. The voltage regulator delivers up to 85mA current and is available with 3.3V and 5V output voltages. NXP TJA1128 can operate in low-current STANDBY and SLEEP modes with bus and local wake-up capability. The majority of the TJA1128 features are (end-of-line) programmable.Features
