Ohmite ALN Thick-Film High-Power Chip Resistors
Ohmite ALN Thick-Film High-Power Chip Resistors feature a thick film element for stable performance with temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) values down to ±150ppm. Ohmite ALN Resistors include an aluminum nitride substrate for power ratings exceeding common parts in the same chip size. The series offers a power rating of 3.5W at +70°C and 22W maximum if the substrate can be maintained below +155°C. Wraparound terminations provide great solder adhesion to the chip. ALN is available as an industry-standard size of 2512.
