onsemi HCPL2601M Logic Gate Optocoupler

onsemi HCPL2601M Logic Gate Optocoupler is a single-channel, high-speed 10MBit/s optocoupler that consists of an 850nm AlGaAs LED. This optocoupler is optically coupled to a very high-speed integrated photo-detector logic gate with a strobe output that features an open collector permitting wired OR outputs. The HCPL2601M optocoupler operates at -40°C to 85°C temperature range and is a Pb-free device. This logic gate optocoupler comes with a minimum Common Mode Rejection (CMR) of 5kV/µs. The HCPL2601M optocoupler is suitable for ground loop elimination, line receiver, data transmission, data multiplexing, switching power supplies, pulse transformer replacement, and computer-peripheral interface.
