onsemi NCV81071 Gate Drivers
onsemi NCV81071 Gate Drivers are high-speed dual low-side MOSFETs drivers capable of providing large peak currents into capacitive loads. These drivers can deliver 5A peak current at the Miller plateau region to help reduce the Miller effect during the MOSFETs switching transition. The NCV81071 gate drivers also provide enable functions to give better control capability in different applications. These gate drivers are internally pulled up to the driver’s input voltage for active high logic and can be left open for standard operations. The NCV81071 gate drivers operate at a 4.5V to 20V input voltage range and are AEC-Q100-qualified. These gate drivers are ideal for server power, telecommunication and data center power, synchronous rectifier, power factor correction, motor drive, renewable energy, and solar inverter.Features
