onsemi NL5X4002 Level Translators

onsemi NL5X4002 Level Translators are 2-bit configurable, dual-supply, bidirectional, auto-sensing translators that do not require directional control pins. These translators are integrated with 10k pull-up resistors on the I/O line. The NL5X4002 level translators are designed with A and B ports to track two different power supply rails, VCCA and VCCB, respectively. Both the VCCA and VCCB supply rails are configurable from a 1.65V to 5.5V voltage range. These translators are excellent matches for open-drain applications such as the I2C communication bus. Typical applications include low-voltage ASIC-level translation, mobile phones, PDAs, and cameras.
