Panasonic Electronic Components ERTJ & ERTJ-M Multilayer NTC Thermistors

Panasonic ERT-J and ERTJ-M Multilayer NTC Thermistors feature a highly reliable multilayer / monolithic structure and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +150°C. These chip-type thermistors offer 66mW or 100mW rated maximum power dissipation. The surface-mount devices come in 0201, 0402, and 0603 package sizes. The ERTJ-M series is AEC-Q200 qualified. Panasonic ERT-J and ERTJ-M Multilayer NTC Thermistors are environmentally friendly, lead free, and RoHS compliant. Typical applications include car audio systems, electrical control units (ECUs), electric pumps and compressors, LED lights, batteries, and temperature detection of various circuits.
