Phoenix Contact NearFi Couplers

Phoenix Contact NearFi Couplers transmit up to 50W of power and 100Mbps, all without physical contact, and are ready to communicate out of the box. These couplers can replace plug-in connectors and slip rings in factory automation applications, minimizing costs associated with repair and downtime. The NearFi technology is protocol-independent and transmits time-critical Ethernet protocols such as EtherNet/IP, Modbus, PROFINET, and EtherCAT. Low latency also makes these couplers suitable for standards like TSN. Phoenix Contact NearFi Couplers can be mounted in numerous positions and angles for installation flexibility, and the compact housings are rated for IP65 and IK06 for harsh environments. Ideal applications include rotary tables, robot tool changes, and automated guided vehicle systems (AGVS).
