Quantic Evans HyCap High-Temp Hybrid Capacitors

Quantic Evans HyCap High-Temp Hybrid Capacitors are designed for operation in extreme shock environments with temperatures of up to +200°C. The capacitors offer robust construction in the largest traditional D(T4) case style. These HyCap devices feature sintered tantalum anodes and ruthenium oxide-coated cathodes operating in aqueous electrolyte. The components are confined within a tantalum case with a compressed gasket and a hermetically welded glass-to-metal seal. Specifications include a 22μF to 1800μF capacitance range with ±20% tolerance, 25VDC to 75VDC rated voltage range, and up to 2000 hours of operation. Quantic Evans HyCap High-Temp Hybrid Capacitors are suitable for industrial, space, energy, and military applications.
