Renesas Electronics Synergy™ S5D9 Microcontrollers
Renesas Electronics Synergy™ S5D9 Microcontrollers are highly integrated MCUs based on a 120MHz Arm® Cortex®-M4 core, combining high-performance processing with large memory and an extensive array of built-in features. Optimal for Human Machine Interface (HMI) applications that require a wide range of connectivity, the S5D9 MCUs support Ethernet with a PTP controller, and offer up to 2MB of flash memory and 640 KB of SRAM. These devices also provide analog signal conditioning with Programmable Gain Amplifiers for analog processing, color graphics with a TFT LCD Controller, and a 2D Drawing Engine.
