Nisshinbo R5650T Li-ion Battery Protection ICs

Nisshinbo R5650T Li-ion Battery Protection ICs are overcharge and discharge protection ICs for Li-ion/Li-polymer rechargeable battery packs. Nisshinbo R5650T devices include short-circuit and protection circuits for charge/discharge overcurrent. The R5650T supports three to five cells connected in a series, forcing a certain voltage on SEL1 and SEL2 pins can select any number of cells.
