Toshiba TXZ+™ TMPM4L Arm® Cortex®-M4 Microcontrollers (MCUs) integrate dedicated hardware and security functions for single-motor control applications. These Toshiba MCUs feature an 80MHz Arm Cortex-M4 core with an FPU and include functional safety features and firmware-over-the-air (FOTA) capability. The TMPM4L series is designed for use in home appliances, consumer products, industrial equipment, and factory automation systems.
