Taiwan Semiconductor ESH3xx Rectifiers are 3A, 100V to 200V ultra fast surface mount rectifiers. The ESH3xx features a glass passivated chip junction and is ideal for automated placement. The ESH3xx rectifiers have an ultra-fast recovery time for high efficiency and are housed in a DO-214AB low-profile package.
