These devices offer planar technology, low power loss, high efficiency, and are ideal for automated placement. Taiwan Semiconductors PU2 Ultra-Fast Surface Mount Rectifiers have a forward current of 2A and are available in SMA, SMB, SOD-123HE, SOD-123W, SOD-128, DO-214AC (SMA), or DO-214AA (SMB) packages. These devices are ideal for high-frequency switching, DC/DC, and snubber applications.
