EPCOS / TDK EP7 & EP10 Current Sense Transformers
EPCOS / TDK EP7 and EP10 Current Sense Transformers are compact SMT current sense transformers designed for power electronics. This series features ferrite cores and is available with a variety of turn ratios. The transformers offer a -40°C to +150°C operating temperature range. They are suitable for measuring current in the frequency range from 50kHz to 250kHz. The test voltage between the primary and secondary sides is 2400VAC and the creepage distances meet the requirements for basic insulation according to IEC 60664. Additional features include 1.9mΩ maximum primary resistance, 2.1Ω to 5.3Ω maximum secondary resistance, and 1:50 to 1:125 turns ratio. Applications include switch-mode power supplies and all types of converters. EPCOS / TDK EP7 and EP10 Current Sense Transformers are AEC-Q200 qualified and also can be used in xEV applications. The EP7 Series offers an inductance range of 1.7mH to 11mH. Datasheet
The EP10 Series offers an inductance range of 1.7mH to 25mH. Datasheet
