TE Connectivity Standard & Mini Cable Tie Adhesive Mount Brackets

TE Connectivity's (TE) Standard and Miniature Cable Tie Adhesive Mount Brackets are lightweight adhesive saddle brackets that are an ideal cable management solution for equipment in pressurized and un-pressurized areas in commercial aerospace applications. The brackets feature an enhanced strength-to-weight ratio and maintain structural integrity by eliminating drilled holes and modifications. The brackets do not require additional fixtures/applicators with structural epoxy adhesives, facilitating efficient installation. The standard brackets offer a 28mm x 19mm x 6mm size, and the miniature brackets have an 11.2mm x 11.2mm x 4.9mm size. Both sizes accommodate cable bundle sizes up to two inches. These TE brackets feature an ergonomic design with polyetherimide (PEI) 40% fiberglass raw material for structural stability. The brackets are ideal for aerospace applications, including electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, wiring/cables, conduits, surveillance equipment, sensors, lighting, and more.
