Texas Instruments AM5718-HIREL Arm-Based Silicon Processors provide high processing performance through a fully integrated mixed processor solution, offering maximum flexibility. The AM5718-HIREL Arm-Based Silicon Processors combine programmable video processing with a highly integrated peripheral set. The devices are designed to meet the powerful processing needs of modern embedded products. The AM5718-HIREL offers programmability by a single-core Arm® Cortex®-A15 RISC CPU with Neon™ extensions and a TI C66x VLIW floating-point DSP core. The Arm processors reduce the complexity of the system software by letting developers keep control functions separate from vision algorithms programmed on the DSP and coprocessors. The AM5718-HIREL Arm-Based processor family is AEC-Q100 Standard qualified.Features
