Texas Instruments AMC0303M0510 Delta Sigma Modulator

Texas Instruments AMC0303M0510 Delta Sigma Modulator is a precision, galvanically isolated delta-sigma (ΔΣ) modulator with a ±50mV input and internal clock. The input is optimized for connection to low-impedance shunt resistors commonly used for current-sensing applications. The magnetically robust isolation barrier is certified for reinforced 5kVRMS (DWV package) and basic 3kVRMS (D package) isolation for 60 seconds. This modulator's low EMI meets the CISPR-11 and CISPR-25 standards. The AMC0303M0510 modulator operates at -40°C to 125°C extended industrial temperature range. This modulator is ideal for motor drives, photovoltaic inverters, server Power-Supply Units (PSU), and energy storage systems.
